Rubber Moulds

Rubber molding is a manufacturing process used to transform uncured rubber into a usable product. This is done using various processes that involve heating and reshaping rubber in a metal cavity. The three main types of molding are injection molding, compression molding, and transfer molding.Molding produces rubber parts by pressing a block of rubber into a metal cavity. The rubber inside of the cavity is then exposed to heat, activating a chemical reaction. The three most common methods of molding are rubber injection molding, compression molding, and transfer molding.
